Elogbooks identifies and evaluates service providers on behalf of their clients. They allocate works and continually monitor service provider performance through their web based CAFM system.

The system not only tells you that Acorn is capable of demonstrating quality at tender stage, but that we will maintain this level of quality at all times throughout the duration of the contract.

Acorn successfully completed the two stage accreditation process where we firstly were assessed in eight key areas including; Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality and Risk. The second level of accreditation was gained by achieving a measured performance standard during delivery of our services to our clients.

The PPM Planner which is managed on the Elogbooks system is generated from our Asset List ensuring that all the information uploaded is correct and accurate from the start of th
e contract.

The Elogbooks system is monitored on a daily basis by our Services Directors, Contracts Managers, Administration Assistants and Helpdesk ensuring that the system is completely up-to-date and that our performance exceeds the average at all times.

We are renowned for our excellent reporting activities with our bespoke CAFM system and this accreditation demonstrates our ability to expand and adapt our reporting services to our client’s needs.
