The portfolio is a mixture of commercial and residential and includes PPM and reactive maintenance, focused on statutory compliance, with 24/7, 365 cover and associated project works installations and modifications.
Our success has been down to alignment of values and objectives at an earlier stage and the strong working relationship created between our contract lead and the client on site representatives.
This relationship has culminated in renegotiation of the contract three times, evidence of the client’s satisfaction with our performance.
It is managed by one of our Key Operations Managers and a support team who are all instrumental in working closely with the client. It is characterised by a close and collaborative working relationship at all levels with client teams.
